1. What this site is
exploreactivities.com publishes editorial recommendations about tours, activities and experiences. We are a publisher. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, reseller or booking platform, and we take no payments for bookings.
2. Bookings are between you and the seller
When you follow a link and book, you enter a contract with that booking platform and the operator running the activity. Their terms govern payment, cancellation, refunds, insurance, safety and liability. We are not a party to it and cannot amend, cancel or refund anything on your behalf. Read the operator’s terms before you pay.
3. Accuracy, prices and availability
We check the information we publish and re-check pages periodically, but prices, opening hours, itineraries, ratings and availability change without notice and can be wrong or out of date. Prices are indicative and shown in the stated currency; the binding price is the one shown at checkout on the booking platform. Always confirm the details there.
4. Recommendations are opinion
Rankings and verdicts on this site are our editorial judgement, not guarantees. An activity we rated highly can still have a bad day, bad weather or a bad guide. Use your own judgement, particularly for anything physically demanding, and check that your travel insurance covers the activity.
5. Affiliate relationships
We earn commission on bookings made through links on this site at no extra cost to you. This is set out in full in the affiliate disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape or bulk copy it, republish substantial parts as your own, misrepresent our recommendations, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site belong to ExploreActivities. Third-party names, logos and images remain the property of their owners and are used for identification.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any activity you book through it, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections or costs caused by an operator. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
